How do I create an account?
Choose Sign Up in the header, enter your name and email, and pick a password of at least eight characters including one uppercase letter.
Who handles shipping?
Delivery is arranged directly between the buyer and the seller. Use the Message Seller button on any listing to agree the details.
Can I return a product?
Returns are arranged with the seller. SellitZA does not hold stock, so each seller sets their own terms.
How do payments work?
Orders are currently placed as cash on delivery. The order is recorded here and payment is settled when the goods change hands.
How do I list a product for sale?
Log in, choose Sell Now, then add a photo, a price, a category and a description.
Are there any fees for selling?
No. Listing and selling on SellitZA is free.
